Horse events will be held on Sunday 14th August 2011.
Regulations
- INDEMNITY WAIVER MUST BE
COMPLETED AND SIGNED BY ALL RIDERS/HANDLERS PRIOR TO ENTERING ANY RING EVENTS.
- WRISTBANDS TO BE WORN BY ALL
ENTERING RING EVENTS.
- COMPETITORS ENTER AT OWN RISK & MUST BE
CORRECTLY ATTIRED.
- COMPETITORS MUST CHOOSE TO COMPETE IN EITHER
OPEN CLASSES OR SHOW HUNTER CLASSES NOT BOTH.
- SECOND ROUND RINGS ARE
RESTRICTED TO THOSE HORSES WHO HAVE NOT WON A CHAMPION OR RESERVE OR AN OPEN
CLASS IN THE FIRST RING.
- THE COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO
DISQUALIFY ANY COMPETITOR OR SUBSTITUTE A JUDGE WHERE DEEMED NECESSARY WITHOUT
DISCLOSING REASON FOR DOING SO.
- The performances for this show are
Agricultural Show performances and results are sent to the RAS.
- Stallions
are not eligible to compete in any other class other than stallion classes.
Stallions must be led or ridden by a person 17 years and over.
- Exhibitors
with a current official height certificate must be able to produce same if
required when entering height stipulated classes.
- Protests
against an exhibit or exhibitor must be lodged within 1 hour of the decision
being given, together with a deposit of $50, which will be refunded if the protest
is upheld.
- The
judges decision on the day is final.
- Breed classes – Exhibitors must be prepared to
product a current registration paper/s if required.
- The
Chief Steward may alter, delete, vary or abandon any part of the ring program as
deemed fit, if it is the interest of the competitors, or the Society
